All our training solutions are designed to meet the specific needs of individual clients. We firmly believe that for any training to be effective it should be directly related to the jobs of those being trained. In addition all disability related training is delivered by trainers who have direct personal experience of the issues. Whether you want to train hundreds of people or just a handful of staff, we have a range of programmes that can be tailored to suit. For smaller organisations, or those with only one or two staff to be trained, we are currently working in partnership with the Employers Forum on Disability to deliver a series of open courses.
