The Disability Rights Commission

The Disability Rights Commission is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. Their website is the most comprehensive source of information regarding implementation of the Disability Discrimination Act and associated legislation in the United Kingdom. It includes summaries of relevant cases brought under the Act. In addition it is possible to subscribe to an electronic bulletin with latest news and information.
