Sam Swinstead

Sam is a dynamic and innovative professional with skills across a broad range of HR, training and development functions. Experienced in disability and diversity training, she has worked with a range of client needs, most recently being involved in a training programme developed by us for the National Trust.

Lesley Hughes

Lesley is an experienced access consultant, trainer, architect, and administrator, with a sound understanding of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and the concept of inclusive environments. Lesley is experienced in carrying out training in relation to access and the built environment. She is also experienced in carrying out access audits and design appraisals on a wide variety of buildings, in relation to current design guidance (including BS8300:2001, Approved Document M 2004 Edition).

Clare Cromarty

Clare is an experienced diversity and disability trainer and has delivered a wide range of training. She has an interactive style, enabling her to engage with participants in a meaningful way. She has recently carried out training for us with Jobcentre Plus and the National Trust.

Waqas Hussain

Waqas is an inspirational Disability and Diversity trainer who, as a result of his ethnic background and disability, has a unique insight into disability and race issues. He has worked nationally and internationally on promoting diversity and raising the awareness of the social model of disability. He has undertaken research and delivered training to organisations ranging from UNESCO to public and private sector organisations.

Bob Sang

Bob Sang is an experienced facilitator who has been involved for over thirty years in the fields of community action and public participation, establishing the UK’s first citizen advocacy schemes in 1980. He has also contributed extensively in management and organisational development in the public, voluntary and commercial sectors and in a variety of roles: researcher, academic, practitioner, policy advisor, executive and non-executive.

Lindsay Freeney

Lindsay is an occupational psychologist and psychotherapist. She has extensive experience in conducting training needs analysis and delivering training within the voluntary and commercial sectors. She has worked for 20 years in the area of personal and professional development with individuals with disabilities and has simultaneously worked with organisations in developing their awareness, policies and procedures towards promoting an inclusive environment.

Catherine Johnson

Catherine is an experienced management consultant who has recently been focused on disability projects within the travel industry - using her knowledge of travelling with a disability to inform and instruct clients and consumers alike. Prior to this, she was a business development/innovation consultant with Strategos for 3 years and a senior strategy consultant with Accenture for 4 years. Catherine has worked extensively across Europe and North America for FTSE and Fortune 100 companies. In addition, she has had articles published in Disability Now and Travel Weekly. Catherine has an MBA from London Business School.

Linda Van den Hende

Linda Van den Hende has an extensive background in personnel management, having held a range of senior positions in Local Authorities. For the last ten years Linda worked with the Metropolitan Police Service in a number of roles, most recently as Director of the Strategic Disability Team. As we are now undertaking an increasing amount of work with police forces throughout the country, Linda's expertise will be particularly useful, especially with regard to the new Disability Equality Duty and its likely effects on police forces.
